Irish company introduces a new way to skip those queues at Dublin Airport

Cashless payment technology developed by Irish fintech company Facilipay, is powering Ireland’s first ‘Fast Track Pass’ system at Dublin Airport, and now the service is set to expand further with the planned rollout of three additional kiosks across Terminals 1 and 2.

In partnership with AIB Merchant Services, and on behalf of the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA), Facilipay’s software enables passengers to purchase tickets through a self-service kiosk, which facilitates them to bypass security queues, and travel through the airport safely.

The implementation of this technology is the latest innovation by the Irish fintech, who specialise in complex payment solutions across a multitude of sectors to include corporate offices, education and live events.

Originally passengers could only avail of the ‘‘Fast Track Pass’ up to three hours before departure – however using Facilipay’s cutting-edge technology, the service is now available online and at the airport concourse.
